Job Description

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing recruitment for both IT and BPS sectors. You should excel in client and stakeholder management and have the ability to lead a team of 6-8 recruiters. Your expertise should include hiring across various levels and successfully onboarding 80-100 FTEs on a monthly basis. As a Manager - Recruitment, you will be operating in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry with a functional focus on ITES/BPO/Customer Service.
