Manager Real Estate Asset Management

As an experienced Manager in Real Estate Asset Management, your role will involve overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of real estate projects in various sectors such as residential, commercial, land, and plotted developments across India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing projects spanning different asset types and development categories. - Conducting detailed technical due diligence to assess feasibility, risks, and market trends. - Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive project growth and mitigate risks effectively. - Supervising construction projects to ensure adherence to timelines, costs, sales targets, and cash flow objectives. - Assigning and monitoring Condition Precedents with developers to minimize transaction risks. - Compiling and presenting comprehensive reports on financial performance, market trends, and project status updates. - Verifying, preparing, and issuing Sales NOCs as required. - Scheduling and documenting meetings to facilitate efficient project communication. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Educational background in B.Tech Civil Engineering (MBA in Finance / CFA is a plus). - Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple real estate projects across diverse asset categories. - In-depth knowledge of construction practices and regulations in various Indian cities. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. - Proven capability to work independently while effectively managing multiple stakeholders.
