Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Lead quality initiatives to improve product and process performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement effective quality plans, procedures, and standards for medical devices manufactured at the site. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement and drive corrective actions. Ensure timely reporting of non-conformities (NCRs) to relevant stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile 6-11 years of experience in Quality excellence in any BPO industry. Strong understanding of 7Qc tools, Six Sigma methodologies, Kaizen principles, BQ management systems.
