Manager - Quality Single Malt

As a Level L5B Manager Quality Single MALT at our Alwar location, reporting to the Manufacturing Unit Head, you will play a crucial role in overseeing malt operations, maturation, and blending processes. With 6 to 9 years of experience in the industry, your expertise in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Bio-technology, Food technology, DIFAT, or Alcohol technology will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless production of high-quality products that meet international standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day malt operations to maintain consistency, safety, and quality parameters. - Manage the maturation process, including warehouse conditions, cask handling, and stock rotation. - Lead the blending of liquor to maintain flavor profiles and product consistency. - Drive cross-functional coordination with production, quality, supply chain, and other departments for smooth operations. - Ensure compliance with international quality standards and regulatory requirements. - Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for malt, maturation, and blending processes. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product excellence. - Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
