Manager - Quality Audit - Contract Logistics

The key responsibilities for this role include ensuring that all internal quality functions comply with customers" quality standards and expectations, controlling and monitoring quality issues by escalating problems to team leaders and management, conducting pack audits according to requirements, collaborating with the training team to address errors made by the operational team, preparing slides for daily operational performance boards, performing First Article Inspection checks for NPI products, identifying quality improvements, and supporting their implementation to achieve long-term solutions. Additionally, the role may involve other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001, 14001, and 45001, with previous experience as an auditor in a Logistics and/or Manufacturing environment. Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, along with experience working in an industrial/warehouse setting. The stakeholder interactions for this position include internal engagement with other Central Team members and external engagement with Client Team and Vendors of the Projects. Educational qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree, and preferred certifications involve knowledge of quality standards (ISO9001, 14001, 45001). The job mandates 5-7 years of relevant Quality Auditor experience and familiarity with industry-specific experience related to quality standards.
