Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the Quality Assurance & Quality Control team for the valve manufacturing unit
Establish, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures as per industry standards (API, ISO)
Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance
Handle customer inspections and third-party audits
Develop and maintain quality documentation, test reports, and calibration records
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce rework/rejection rates

Requirements:

Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
12 years of experience in QA/QC within the valve or engineering manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of ASME/API standards and quality systems
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
