Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Understand the
motivations
of the facilitators/ committee members
To decide on site strategy in consultation with the superior and implement the same
To plan weekly/daily site
staff schedules and work timelines
To be responsible for the entire site staff adhering to the Companys
Code of Conduct
Channelizing access of tenants and locals selectively to superiors to make effective use of the line of communication
Correlate the past issues at other sites to anticipate the probable issues at the current site
Understand
priorities for pay-outs
to ensure smooth management of site affairs.
To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual
budgets and projections
on time and in accurate manner to present to the superior.
Understand the most important
need areas of the tenants
related to health and education and how the Property Affairs team can help.
Sample CSR activities
: Career Counselling programs, Health check-up camps
Facilitate and assist the conduct of
Annex. II survey, Civil Aviation Survey, Contour Survey, Resurvey for supplementary Annex. II, Survey for A. E. Remarks
.
To conduct meeting with Chief Promoter, Committee Member for executing
Development Agreement, Power of Attorney and to pursue the obtainment of Common Consent, Individual Consents and Individual Agreements
Coordinate with the
Annexure II
team for preparing Annexure II and thereafter fulfilling the
eligibility compliances
by providing site assistance
To play a pivotal role in
negotiations
with committee members and settle tenants’ issues aiming for a win-win situation for the tenants and the Company
Ensure the removal of all bottlenecks to maintain momentum of
evacuation as per the stipulated deadlines
