Title And Summary

Manager, Product EnablementThe Global Product Enablement (GPE) team partners with Product Owners, Development teams, and other stakeholders across Mastercard to deploy solutions efficiently and effectively with speed, quality and predictability. The team ensures product readiness, scaled onboarding and a best in class customer and employee implementation experience.GPE is responsible for assessing new products and enhancements to equip Customer Delivery to support and scale projects from customer onboarding, testing, launch, and transition to BAU.Global Product Enablement ensure a simple and streamlined customer onboarding process by developing consistent and repeatable processes used globally by our delivery teams, resulting in a positive customer and employee implementation experience.

Role & responsibilities
The role focuses on ensuring delivery readiness and global consistency for new and enhanced products. Key responsibilities include defining and documenting onboarding requirements, maintaining Studio and POGS compliance, and publishing implementation artefacts. The role acts as a primary liaison for cross-functional stakeholders, managing escalations and facilitating knowledge transfer to regional teams. Additionally, it drives process improvements and automation opportunities to reduce time-to-implement, while providing data-driven insights and leading regular reviews to enhance product performance and customer experience.
