Manager-Product Analytics

As an Analytics Manager at Spinny, you will collaborate closely with business, product, design, engineering, and growth teams to foster a data-first culture and drive decision-making based on data insights. Your role will involve leading a team of analysts to uncover valuable insights from user behavior, track feature performance, and measure the impact of products throughout the customer journey, from discovery to delivery. Additionally, you will partner with senior leadership to address complex business challenges through data-driven approaches and translate insights into actionable strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of analysts to deliver high-quality, scalable, and impactful analyses. - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and operations teams to establish KPIs, enhance visibility on performance metrics, monitor feature usage, and evaluate the effects of product modifications. - Create and manage scalable dashboards and self-serve tools to democratize data accessibility across the organization. - Develop and implement frameworks for experimentation and A/B testing to assess business and product interventions effectively. - Advocate for data instrumentation initiatives with engineering teams to ensure precise and comprehensive analytics tracking. Additionally, cooperate with the Data Science team on behavioral segmentation, funnel optimization, and personalization strategies. - Mentor junior analysts and cultivate a high-performing analytics team aligned with Spinny's vision. **Requirements:** - 6-8 years of analytics experience, preferably in consumer-tech, e-commerce, or automotive sectors. - Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Familiarity with Python/R for data analysis is advantageous. - Understanding of statistics and experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and hypothesis testing. - Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to balance attention to detail and big-picture thinking. - Comfort working in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
