Job Description

In this role, you will focus on prescribing and growing business opportunities to increase revenue for our all-business entity, with a main focus on Partner Products, Digital Energy, Power Systems, Secure Power, Home & Distribution, EcoStruxure - Software & Services. Your responsibility will include driving innovation & growth with electrical consultants, developing relationships with consultants/specifiers, and supporting the delivery of targets in defined regions. You will also articulate SE's value of IoT-enabled power distribution systems and drive EcoStruxure Power/Plant/IT Integrated Solutions from connected products through advisor platforms. As a Prescription Engineer, you are expected to have a proactive attitude, be focused, collaborative, and passionate about your work. You will identify projects within targeted consultants, follow opportunities through the value chain, and ensure SE's product offering is specified and positioned as preferred. Keeping specifiers updated with the latest changes and updates on SE's product offering and solutions is a key aspect of this role. Collaboration with the wider SE sales teams to ensure project wins is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Focus on prescribing and growing business opportunities - Drive innovation & growth with electrical consultants - Develop relationships with consultants/specifiers - Articulate SE's value of IoT-enabled power distribution systems - Drive EcoStruxure Power/Plant/IT Integrated Solutions - Identify projects within targeted consultants - Keep specifiers updated with the latest changes on SE's product offering - Collaborate with the wider SE sales teams for project wins Qualifications Required: - BE/BTech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering - Detailed technical understanding of Power Control, Monitoring, and Management - Solid years of industry experience in consulting and systems specification - Successful teamwork experience - Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends in the industry - Ability to articulate, discuss, and present different points of view on various technologies Please note: Schedule for this position is full-time.
