CAPACITY PLANNING
1. Responsible for short-term and long-term budget plans,
2. Responsible for providing a production plan based on Rolling plans from demand management team in coordination with Site team,
3. Responsible for highest capacity utilization for the plant and managing Capacity planning digital tools.
4. Good knowledge on Batch time cycles and its optimization.
RM PLANNING
5. Responsible for Material Requirement Planning through S4 HANA as per the Production schedule and considering lead times,
6. Follow up with SCM for timely delivery of RM,
7. Good knowledge of Vendor derisking and vendor validations at plant,
DISPATCH PLANNING
8. Responsible for co-ordination with the Sales team for dispatch plan and good knowledge of customer specs in terms of PSD and impurity parameters,
9. Dispatch adherence and achieving desired OTIF levels,
10. Good knowledge of regulatory compliance for different regions/countries.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
11. Responsible for maintaining optimum inventory levels at Plant at RM, INT, FG, which includes inventory liquidation of slow-moving inventory.
12. Responsible for liquidation slow moving or non-moving inventory by coordinating with Sales, SCM(Purchase), Mfg. etc.
OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS
13. Good knowledge on S4 HANA- PP module.
14. Good knowledge on cGMP,
Good co-ordination skills to manage different site teams, QA, QC, Warehouse, HR etc.
