Manager - Platform Engineering

In this role at Tata Communications, you will be responsible for various aspects of Cyber Security engineering activities to deliver innovative services and solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Systems engineering for DDOS, Cyber Security infra Engineering, and Deployment, as well as Network security Devices. - Ensuring timely rollout of system enhancements, migration, deployment, and optimization projects. - Participating in planning, architecture designing, developing, and testing solutions and service products across network layers. - Developing systems including perimeter Security and Endpoint Security. - Managing physical connectivity, hardware, and automation tools. - Resolving issues escalated from internal teams and integrating with existing systems. - Directing the assurance team to reduce fault rate & ticket rate. - Ensuring engineering projects are completed within target dates, budget, and agreed scope. - Performing performance tuning and automation of applications. Desired Skill Sets: - Experience in system and platform deployment over Security layers. - Managing systems such as firewalls, WAF, DDOS, routers/switches. - Knowledge of new and upcoming network system, application, and technologies. - Understanding of network security and its applications.
