The exceptional EY experience is designed to last a lifetime, offering continuous growth and development opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead large-scale business transformation projects, ensuring quality client service, insightful solutions, and managing multiple priorities effectively - Assume operational responsibility for engagements, generate ideas for expanding service offerings, and identify new business opportunities - Deliver profitable revenue by managing follow-on engagement opportunities, developing new client relationships, and collaborating on business development efforts - Lead the delivery of transformation projects, demonstrating technical competence in areas such as Organizational Change Management, Organizational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Model, HR Process Efficiency & Policy, and Transactions - Develop and deliver programs of work from planning to implementation, managing resources, budgets, risks, and issues effectively - Influence clients and stakeholders to support major change initiatives and decisions - Foster collaboration within the team, promote an inclusive working environment, and provide coaching and development opportunities for junior resources - Represent the business in relevant forums **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and communication skills - Experience in Organizational Change Management, Organizational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Model, HR Process Efficiency & Policy, and Transactions - Track record of generating and developing new business/sales opportunities **Qualifications:** - Postgraduate degree specializing in Human Resources from a Tier 1 Institute - 8+ years of experience in HR roles with expertise in recruitment, organization structuring, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and performance management - Relevant professional experience with a global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy, or in-house role on large-scale projects **Preferred Qualifications:** - Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills - Highly flexible, adaptable, and creative - Comfortable interacting with senior executives and possessing strong leadership skills **What We Look For:** We seek individuals who can work collaboratively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
