Manager - Partner Marketing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing end-to-end channel/partner marketing programs and initiatives, supporting partner onboarding, certification, and enablement activities, maintaining partner databases, program documentation, and compliance, developing joint marketing plans with partners aligned to business goals, executing co-branded campaigns, events, webinars, and product promotions, and managing MDF (Marketing Development Funds) allocation, usage, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end channel/partner marketing programs and initiatives - Support partner onboarding, certification, and enablement activities - Maintain partner databases, program documentation, and compliance - Develop joint marketing plans with partners aligned to business goals - Execute co-branded campaigns, events, webinars, and product promotions - Manage MDF (Marketing Development Funds) allocation, usage, and reporting Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of proven multi-channel or partner marketing experience in large multinationals/IT firms - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ABM, integrated campaigns, and partner co-marketing initiatives Additional Company Details: The company is in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry and the role is categorized under the ITES/BPO/Customer Service functional area.
