Manager Operations

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound operations to ensure alignment with customer SLAs. It will be your duty to maintain strong working relationships and communication with customers and stakeholders. You will lead and handle independent inbound operations, assisting in meeting performance targets and participating in problem-solving processes. Your role will involve ensuring that service providers meet requirements and follow SOPs, as well as providing accurate inputs for billing and MIS. Your responsibilities will include reviewing daily working processes and effectively managing people. You will need to ensure that operational issues are appropriately registered, resolved, or escalated. It will also be your responsibility to ensure adherence to SOPs and the achievement of KPIs while promoting safe working practices and participating in quality initiatives. To excel in this position, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Excellent communication skills in English and the local language, both spoken and written. - Strong leadership skills to effectively lead and manage teams. - In-depth knowledge of PAN India transportation. - Proficiency in documentation skills, including screening, archiving, and retrieval. - Effective people management skills to drive team performance. - Customer orientation to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,
