Manager (Operations)

As an Operations Manager in Gurgaon, Delhi, your role will involve overseeing all operational processes related to loans from sanction to closure. This includes managing the Loan Management System, verifying loan documentation in compliance with sanction terms and company policies, and coordinating with external vendors for final checks before loan disbursement within specified timelines. You will also be responsible for banking processes such as E-mandates, returns, and reconciliation, ensuring timely information sharing with Sales, Credit, and Collections Officers. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and implementing processes for the safekeeping and retrieval of legal and loan documents. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Loan Management System - Verify loan documentation in compliance with sanction terms and company policies - Coordinate with external vendors for final checks before loan disbursement - Oversee banking processes such as E-mandates, returns, and reconciliation - Develop and implement processes for safekeeping and retrieval of legal and loan documents Qualifications Required: - CA/MBA with 2-4 years of credit or operations experience in the NBFC/Banking industries, or B.Com with 5-8 years of credit/risk experience in the same sectors - Exposure and understanding of credit practices and products in small ticket lending (secured and unsecured) - Proficiency in Loan Management Systems - Strong knowledge of legal documentation for secured and unsecured loans The salary range for this position is between 3 Lakhs 50 Thousand to 4 Lakhs per annum. This role falls under the ITES/BPO/KPO/LPO/Customer Service industry and requires a candidate with an Other Bachelor's Degree.
