Manager - Operations and Maintenance

Role Overview: As the Manager of Operations and Maintenance, your primary responsibilities will include: - Tracking new opportunities and enquiries for O&M business across PAN India to all industries. - Preparing technical and commercial offers for O&M business. - Strategically planning to increase O&M business on a PAN India basis. - Regularly monitoring all existing O&M business technically and commercially in coordination with the regional team. - Preparing design documents, operation manuals, etc., for O&M business. - Coordinating with WTP O&M activities and providing technical support. - Conducting training for operation personnel as required. - Maintaining reports and records for ISO audits. - Monitoring materials cost within the budget in O&M contracts. - Coordinating with internal departments for O&M spares/chemicals to ensure timely material delivery to the site. - Obtaining client clearance for any major deviations from the contract. - Coordinating with HR team for manpower arrangement for new O&M contracts.
