Manager - O&M (BESS)

Job Description: You will be responsible for leading the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) function for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) assets deployed across multiple sites. Your role will involve ensuring the long-term reliability, performance, and safety of BESS EPC installations with long-term Operations & Maintenance contracts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing operational leadership and strategic oversight - Executing preventive and corrective maintenance - Managing spare parts and inventory - Handling vendor and LTSA management - Monitoring and optimizing performance - Utilizing your expertise in electrical engineering and battery technologies - Managing a team and providing training - Overseeing sub contractor management and statutory compliance - Managing customer relationships and client invoicing Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree Please note that this job requires 10-15 years of experience in the field and skills in Battery Management Systems, Operation Management, Preventive Actions, and Vendor and Supplier Management.,
