Lead and own the sales & marketing strategy for membership sales Setting own and team's sales targets and roadmap to achieve the same
Deliver a luxury hospitality driven experience to walk in guests Covert the walk-ins to closure with influencing sales pitch and convincing skills
Establish partnerships (Channel partners, allied business activities) and referral programs to grow memberships Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services,
Inspire coach and guide the team to develop them to highly effective sales consultants Foster a high-performance culture with self-accountability and innovative approach
Maintain highest standards of guest satisfaction during meetings, follow up calls, queries resolutions and post sales.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create premium campaigns, events, branding plans and activations that generate qualified leads Coordinate for marketing material, provide inputs for suitable marketing material, creatives finalisation and delivery of GTM strategy for the club.
Represent Ileseum Clubs at events, networking forums, community platforms as a Lead Review monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, provide periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.
