He / She has to coordinate with all stakeholders including PD partners to achieve the set target in New designs and Business volume. Relevant Experience Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Jewellery Manufacturing Behavioural Skills Drive for Results Interpersonal/Influencing skills Communication skills (written and verbal) Managing a team of 50-60 people Knowledge Exposure to various Jewellery category products Exposure to Trends and market Preferred candidate profile Goal Contribution Outcome Performance Measure 1. Value generation through product development Managing a team of CAD, CAM, Master making and Prototyping employees (PD partner role) Develop the designs according to business requirement as per the target set for MIA Brand & IBD Achieve Benchmark GC in product development Collaborate with NPI to increase IH share in DEC collections Order value generation in line with the Annual Business plan Indent value Number of new designs developed 2. Leadtime and Agile response Offering new products to the Category team within the committed Lead time for maximising the indent 15 days from the Brief / 2D design 80% Proto hit rate 3. Quality, Safety, Health, Environment & Inventory Implementing WBQ /HD attributes in product development stages Continuously improve the SHE (Occupational Safety, Health and Environment) Maintain optimal Inventory 100% WBQ in bulk Safe workplace Minimal Inventory >80% Attributes in 100% development Zero incident Inventory holding days
