Manager- Network Engineering

Role Overview: As a Manager of Network Engineering, you will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and supporting Global Network systems, including Data Center network, Campus LAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Advance IP services, and Load Balancing. Your role will involve providing high-level technical support for network systems, leading projects to upgrade network equipment and procedures, and offering support and training to the network operations team. You will work as an individual contributor within the Network Engineering team. Key Responsibilities: - Build Network design and architecture in a global environment including documentation - Review HLD & LLD documents - Lead global network projects End to End - Install, configure, analyze, and upgrade network equipment such as WAN/SD-WAN routers, switches, wireless controllers, and data center network - Perform preventative maintenance for the network in a global environment - Assess network performance, identify technology gaps, and recommend remediation actions - Troubleshoot network problems including performance analysis, WAN/LAN/Security vulnerabilities, and equipment malfunctions - Utilize network monitoring tools for fault diagnosis and performance analysis - Collaborate with compute, data center, security, unified communication, cloud, and application teams to design network solutions for various projects Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Network Engineering and related technologies, with 10+ years preferred, preferably in a global enterprise - Experience with SD-WAN technology, preferably VMware SD-WAN and Azure SD-WAN - Experience with public Cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, including Azure SD-WAN integration - Strong network engineering experience with a focus on WAN, data center networks, and campus LAN - Experience working for large global companies is preferred - SME level knowledge in campus LAN and wireless technologies - Proficiency in internetworking problem solving in an enterprise-level network environment - Fundamental experience with networking environments, routers, switches, wireless technologies (Cisco and Aruba) - Deep understanding of IP Protocols (ICMP, UDP, TCP), IP filtering, Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF), Quality of Service, MPLS, and Ethernet - Cisco CCNP or equivalent higher certificate is required, Cisco CCIE Certificate is preferred - Experience with Aruba wireless is a big advantage - Experience with public Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure is preferred - Experience with Cisco ACI is preferred - Experience with SD-WAN technology, VMware SD-WAN preferred, is preferred - Very good knowledge of the English language - Experience in a multicultural environment is preferred - Team player with a positive attitude Company Details: The company is engaged in IT/ Computers - Software industry and is currently looking to hire a Full Time, Permanent Manager for Network Engineering.
