Manager - .Net Development

In this role, you will be delivering technology enabled outcomes for some of the clients most challenging business issues using modern and best in class engineering methodologies. You will also be required to be a role model, mentor and advocate for agile principles and best practices in the engineering team. Additionally, you will work closely with product managers to analyze the business requirements and translate them into workable tickets. Taking technical responsibility for the solutions will be a key aspect of this role. You will also oversee and support the development activities of team members and contractors while mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver technology enabled outcomes for challenging business issues using modern engineering methodologies - Act as a role model, mentor, and advocate for agile principles and best practices - Analyze business requirements and translate them into workable tickets - Take technical responsibility for the solutions - Oversee and support development activities of team members and contractors - Mentor junior team members Desired Skillset: - Subject matter expert in C# and .Net coding, full-stack experience preferred - Demonstrable experience leading engineering teams in building distributed systems and secure products at scale - Solid understanding of design practices, system architecture, and conducting code reviews - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc - Proficiency with RESTful APIs and microservices best practices - Extensive experience with CI/CD tooling like Github Actions, CircleCI, etc Please note that the company details were not provided in the job description.,
