As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering technology-enabled solutions to address our clients" complex business challenges. Collaborating closely with product managers, you will analyze business requirements and effectively translate them into actionable tasks. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in C# and .Net coding, with a preference for full-stack experience. Demonstrated leadership in engineering teams focused on building distributed systems and secure products at scale is essential. A strong understanding of design practices, system architecture, and experience in conducting code reviews are desirable skills for this role. Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with hands-on experience in developing RESTful APIs and implementing microservices best practices, will be highly beneficial. Additionally, extensive experience with CI/CD tooling, including Github Actions and CircleCI, is expected.
