They focus on long-term vision, market trends, and identifying new opportunities. Work close with Product Owner to define specific incremental improvements to be manages in different squads. Technical Tutoring: - Has the necessary knowledge to solve many of the technical impediments the development team encounters. - Knows and suggests good practices, novel technologies, and methodologies with the potential to add value to the project. - Promotes discussions on the best ways to approach a solution. - Provides ongoing on-the-job coaching to junior team members.
