Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Multi Family Office, based in Gurugram. The Manager will oversee daily operations, assist in administrative tasks, and manage communication with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, coordinating office activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to ensure smooth daily operations and task management.
• Familiarity with Office Equipment and ability to manage resources and technological tools efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Professional qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field are preferred.
• Experience in real estate advisory, customer relations, or office management is advantageous.
