Manager-MIS (Sales)

The key roles and responsibilities of this position involve: Sales Reporting: You will be responsible for preparing regular and ad-hoc business and financial reports that are crucial for the company. These reports will include sales/discount reports, inventory ageing reports, SG&A reports, etc. You will collect and analyze relevant information and data from the company's IT systems such as SFDC, Business Intelligence tools, etc. Collection of Sales Forecasts: You will gather various sales forecasts from the business teams periodically and perform consolidation, analysis, and evaluation. Annual Budget Support: You will play a key role in the annual budget exercise by supporting the business teams in preparing detailed data, files, reports, and analysis within the specified timelines. You will discuss the AOP inputs and collaborate with the team to prepare a detailed final AOP for review with the management. Business Analysis: Conduct regular and ad hoc business analysis to support the business team in making informed day-to-day and strategic decisions. Skills, Knowledge & Competencies required for this role include: - Good understanding of data analysis and evaluation. - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. - Ability to work effectively as a team player.,
