KRA:- Execution of MEP Project across segments ( Data center projects) Coordination with Internal & external stake holders Maintain good PR with customers & drive committed targets Responsible to drive project MIS and improve on committed EBIT & Working capital Complying to safety procedures and IMS documentation Training and development of subordinates and team building PMO, Kaizen & Business Excellence Job Description:- Execution of MEP Project across segments ( Data center projects) Drive the project in stipulated time frame with required quality and cost Handle large team to deliver the assigned project within stipulated time (On Time Every Time) & cost (Return on Talent Engaged) with required Quality (Quality Performance Index) Deliver the committed plan to the business. Data centre Design & development L1 to L5 commissioning of Data centers and the ability of governance for the complete process Coordination with Internal & external stake holders. Periodic review with internal team and customer Identifying opportunities to improve EBIT and driving it with the help of functional heads. Maintain good PR with customers & drive committed targets Periodic communication with client and proper documentation to represent our claims. Responsible to drive project MIS and improve on committed EBIT & Working capital. Cost to complete with risk & mitigation Plan. Monitoring Productivity and cost (Site expenses, PEC, Direct employee cost) closely and ensuring to optimize it. Monthly Indaas revenue, System billing, collection & NOS targets. Drive committed PEC & bring expected savings. Communications for Cost over run and representation to recover the exposure Complying to safety procedures and IMS documentation Monitoring the safety lead indicators and ensure safe working environment at site. IMS compliance Training and development of subordinates and team building Guiding engineers / subordinates and grooming them on technical issues PMO, Kaizen & Business Excellence Driving PMO to release cash. Continuous improvement through Kaizen and other management program. Creating a Kaizen culture amongst team members Requisite Qualification Essential Degree / Diploma in Electrical Or mechanical Engg. Preferred Degree in Electrical Engineering Requisite Experience Essential Min 8 yrs for Degree holders 10 years for Diploma Holders With MEP DC experience for 5 to 7 years and exposure of least two complete project cycle from start to end Preferred Exposure to handle MEP projects with existing experience of all packages. Special Skills Required Essential Project Management Skills Cost handling skills Experienced to drive productivity Well versed with technical expertise of electro-mechanical packages of MEP Preferred Well versed with MEP Skill set of handling large projects
