Description
Manager (MEP Infra) Real Estate Project, Binnypet, Bangalore MEP Infrastructure Execution Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP infrastructure systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and utilities. Project Coordination Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of MEP infrastructure works. Quality & Safety Compliance Ensure all MEP works meet industry standards, safety norms, and regulatory guidelines. Cost Control & Budgeting Monitor project costs, validate contractor/vendor bills, and ensure cost-effective execution. Technical Review & Troubleshooting Conduct technical assessments, resolve execution challenges, and implement corrective measures. Material & Resource Management Oversee procurement planning, inventory management, and material reconciliation for MEP infrastructure. Contract & Documentation Manage contracts, work orders, and ensure proper documentation of all MEP-related activities. Regulatory Approvals & Compliance Coordinate with authorities for statutory approvals, clearances, and compliance with local regulations. Testing & Commissioning Supervise system testing, commissioning, and ensure smooth handover of MEP infrastructure components. Reporting & MIS Provide periodic progress updates, highlight risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to senior management.
