Job Description Senior Manager (Civil Infra) Real Estate Project, Binnypet, Bangalore Infrastructure Development & Execution Lead the planning and execution of civil infrastructure works, including roads, drainage, utilities, and external development. Project Management Ensure timely completion of infra works by coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors. Quality & Safety Compliance Enforce adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental norms in all infra activities. Budgeting & Cost Control Prepare budgets, monitor project costs, validate contractor/vendor bills, and optimize expenses. Site Supervision & Troubleshooting Conduct site inspections, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures to avoid delays. Material & Resource Management Oversee procurement planning, inventory management, and material reconciliation. Contract & Documentation Manage contracts, work orders, and ensure proper documentation of all infra-related activities. QS & Billing Manager (MEP) Real Estate Project, Binnypet, Bangalore Quantity Estimation & Costing Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and rate analysis for MEP works. Billing & Certification Verify and certify contractor/vendor bills as per BOQ, work progress, and contract terms. Contracts & Documentation Maintain contract records, manage variations, and ensure compliance with contractual terms. Tendering & Procurement Support Assist in MEP tender preparation, bid evaluation, and negotiations. Site Coordination Work closely with site engineers to monitor MEP work progress and control costs. Budgeting & Forecasting Prepare MEP project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and track actual expenditure.
