Job Description

Manager-Mechanical Maintenance

Qualification- BE/B-tech-mechanical.
Experience above 13 years.
Vacancy- 1
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee maintenance activities for heavy machines (e.g., CNC machines, VTLs, HMCs, grinding machines, hydraulic presses, etc.).
Ensure timely breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and production loss.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Monitor machine performance and analyze root causes of failures; implement corrective and permanent solutions.
Coordinate with production, quality, and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
Manage spare parts inventory, procurement planning, and vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and ISO audits.
Lead and guide the maintenance team, provide training, and enhance technical skill sets.
Prepare maintenance reports, downtime analysis, and cost-control measures.
Drive continuous improvement projects for energy savings, efficiency enhancement, and reliability improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of heavy machine shop equipment (CNC, VMC, HMC, SPMs, and conventional machines).
Expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, and lubrication systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Root Cause Analysis, TPM, Kaizen).
Team leadership, training, and people management.

Knowledge of SAP for maintenance management
Strong communication, planning, and decision-making abilities.
