Role: Own and scale our presence on quick commerce (Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart etc) and e-commerce (Amazon/Flipkart etc)from launch to P&L.
What you’ll do
Onboard/set up catalogs, brand stores, and seasonal collections
Drive pricing, promotions, and ads (SP/SB/SD, sponsored slots) to hit ROAS/ACOS targets
Improve PDPs: titles, bullets, A+/images/videos, reviews
Plan festive calendars with platform KAMs; secure visibility slots
Manage availability & ops: fill rate, OTIF, OOS%, demand & replenishment by city
Track dashboards and reconciliations; close claims and deductions
KPIs
Revenue & contribution margin • ROAS/ACOS • Fill rate & OOS% • Cancellation/RTO • CTR/CVR • Claim recovery %
What you’ll need
3–6 yrs marketplace experience; q-com experience is must-have
Hands-on with Amazon/Flipkart portals + q-com merchant tools
Strong Excel/Sheets; basic SQL/BI a plus
Proven P&L + ads optimization; tight ops coordination (OMS/WMS/Shopify)
Nice to have
Gifting/food background, FSSAI know-how, Unicommerce familiarity, eye for PDP/store design.
