Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused interns to join our Customer Care team for a short-term assignment during our festive season. This role will involve assisting customers over call, WhatsApp, and emai ensuring prompt resolutions and a seamless gifting experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Assist customers with order placement, product queries, delivery status, and issue resolution. Coordinate with internal teams (concierge, operations, logistics) to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams for resolution. Support post-purchase follow-ups and feedback collection. Requirements: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus). Good listening skills and customer-first approach. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, WhatsApp Web). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
