Manager, Marketplace Insights (SAMEA)

As a Manager of Marketplace Insights for the SAMEA (South Asia, Middle East, Africa) Cluster, your role is crucial in maximizing the potential of our brands in diverse markets with a consumer-first approach. Your responsibilities include: - Acting as the voice of the consumer and marketplace expert to deliver insights on key SAMEA business priorities - Providing consumer perspective and competitive benchmarks to inform assortment, in-store merchandising, and brand experience choices - Delivering timely and integrated analyses using quantitative and qualitative research to drive brand and business growth - Identifying risks and opportunities through rigorous analysis from internal and external resources - Collaborating with insights and business partners to determine key research needs and ensure projects are efficiently planned and managed - Leading marketing effectiveness measurement operations, analysis, and application - Developing a culture of deep consumer understanding and empathy within the organization - Partnering with and managing third-party agencies in consumer research - Building strong working relationships with business partners to enable actionable insights Requirements for this role include: - University degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Masters - Fluency in English (written & spoken) - 10 to 15 years of experience in consumer goods and/or services - Expertise in quantitative and qualitative market research techniques - Ability to synthesize research into digestible insights and communicate outcomes effectively - Experience in leveraging AI capabilities in research execution and analysis - Highly energetic, self-motivated, and able to deliver in fast-paced and ambiguous environments - Strong project management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a matrix organization In addition to competitive compensation, you will also enjoy benefits such as complimentary preventive health check-ups, OPD coverage, a comprehensive leave plan, mental well-being counseling sessions, and exclusive discount vouchers on Levis products.
