Manager, Marketplace Insights

Role Overview: As a Manager Marketplace Insights for the SAMEA Cluster, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the potential of the organization's brands across diverse markets with a consumer-first approach. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic insights to drive business actions and priorities for the SAMEA Levis business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide strategies, leveraging consumer and market research to grow the business and enhance the brand. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the voice of the consumer and marketplace expert, delivering relevant insights on key SAMEA business priorities - Deliver timely and integrated analyses using quantitative and qualitative research to drive brand and business growth - Identify risks and opportunities through rigorous analysis from internal and external resources - Collaborate with insights and business partners to plan and manage research projects efficiently - Lead marketing effectiveness measurement operations and analysis - Develop a culture of deep consumer understanding and empathy within the organization - Manage third-party agencies in the design and execution of consumer research - Build strong working relationships with business partners to enable actionable insights Qualifications Required: - University degree in a relevant field, Masters preferred - Fluent in English (written & spoken) - 10 to 15 years" experience in consumer goods and/or services - Expertise in quantitative and qualitative market research techniques - Ability to synthesize research into actionable insights and communicate outcomes effectively - Experience in leveraging AI capabilities in research execution & analysis - Highly energetic, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong project management skills and the ability to work across cross-functional teams Additional Company Details: The company offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical care, leave plans, mental well-being support, and exclusive discounts on Levis products.
