Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead a team of technicians and engineers to perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. Ensure uptime and reliability of Plastic Injection Moulding machines and associated auxiliaries (chillers, dryers, robots, etc.). Maintain tool room machinery like CNC 's, EDM 's, milling machines, surface grinders, etc. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and checklists. Monitor machine health using condition monitoring tools and techniques. Plan spares inventory and ensure timely procurement of critical components. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory maintenance norms. Coordinate with production and tool room departments for maintenance planning with minimal downtime. Lead energy conservation, cost-saving, and efficiency improvement initiatives. Maintain documentation for ISO, IATF, and audit requirements. Manage AMC 's, vendor coordination, and external service support. Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of injection moulding machine systems and automation. Hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance. Exposure to toolroom machine maintenance. Experience in TPM, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies. Good leadership, planning, and communication skills. Computer proficiency in MS Office, CMMS, or ERP systems.
