Manager-Liabilities Strategy

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the creation and periodic modification of the bank's medium to long-term strategy. Your main goal is to ensure that strategic objectives are translated into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes across all business verticals. Additionally, you will need to identify, plan, and execute strategic initiatives that drive sustainable liabilities growth, reduce the cost of funds, improve branch and overall profitability, all in alignment with the organizational vision and regulatory requirements. It will be crucial for you to monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of these initiatives. Supporting the annual strategic planning exercise and quarterly strategy reviews will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop deposit mobilization strategies to support asset growth and optimize the cost of funds. - Oversee the conduct of in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats. - Analyze industry trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape to guide strategic thinking and decisions.
