Manager-Liabilities Strategy (AVP Grade)

You will support the creation and periodic modification of the bank's medium to long-term strategy to ensure the seamless translation of strategic objectives into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes across all business verticals. Your role will involve identifying, planning, and executing strategic initiatives that drive sustainable liabilities growth, reduce the cost of funds, and improve branch and overall profitability in alignment with the organizational vision and regulatory requirements. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the envisioned outcomes of the identified initiatives are achieved within the desired timelines. You will also be monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will support the annual strategic planning exercise across businesses and quarterly strategy reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Develop deposit mobilization strategies to support asset growth and optimize the cost of funds. - Oversee the conduct of in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats. - Analyze industry trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape to guide strategic thinking and decisions. Qualifications Required: - Education: MBA / CA / CFA - Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in banking, financial services, or strategic consulting.,
