Manager - Legal & CS

Role Overview: As a Legal Manager at our organization, your role involves developing and implementing strong legal systems to provide efficient legal services throughout the company. You will be responsible for setting up monitoring systems to ensure adherence to policies and laws, as well as providing comprehensive communication and training to all departments regarding legal rights and obligations. Your duties will include assisting top management in interpreting situations requiring legal involvement and establishing effective legal record-keeping processes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide accurate and timely legal support to various departments within the organization. - Prepare and review service level agreements on behalf of the organization and assess agreements from external service providers. - Coordinate with the finance department on Dealer-related issues and assist the Dealer Development Team in drafting agreements for dealerships. - Support matters related to new product development, advertisement agreements, and other legal issues. - Represent the organization's interests in various courts of law for assigned legal matters. This includes interacting with NMIPL and other entities, as well as collaborating with external counsel as needed to ensure effective representation. - Work under the Company Secretary to support the activities of the Board of Directors and ensure compliance with statutory guidelines and laws. Your tasks will involve advising Directors on their obligations, managing Board processes, organizing and administering Board meetings, and ensuring timely statutory filings are made. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent. - Proven experience in legal management or a related field. - Strong knowledge of state and central laws. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
