Manager - Legal Contracts

Role Overview: As a detail-oriented and experienced resource at Rapido, you will be responsible for overseeing the drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts across various functions within the organization. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with legal requirements, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including master service agreements, delivery service agreements, vendor contracts, subcontracting agreements, collaboration agreements, partnership agreements, etc. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and requirements. - Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure proper documentation of all agreements. - Track key contract milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure compliance and renewals.
