Manager - System Processing

Key Responsibilities:

. Lead the development and implementation of radar signal and data processing algorithms including FMCW waveform analysis, Multi-Hypothesis Tracking (MHT), Global Nearest Neighbor (GNN), Probabilistic Data Association (PDA), Joint PDA (JPDA), Kalman Filters (KF), Interacting Multiple Model (IMM) frameworks, and Particle Filters.

. Develop and optimize algorithms for clutter identification and elimination to improve target detection accuracy.

. Implement advanced data curve-fitting techniques using linear and nonlinear polynomials, along with data smoothing algorithms for enhanced signal clarity.

. Design and maintain robust track identification and data association methods for multi-target tracking systems.

. Lead automation module development leveraging machine learning concepts to improve system performance and operational efficiency.

. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automotive radar concepts and meet system-level requirements.

. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on algorithm development, coding standards, and best practices.

. Oversee the coding, testing, and validation of algorithms using MATLAB, C/C++, and Python.

. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure successful and timely completion of system processing modules.
