Manage Landscape team, Nursery management, and Implement Landscape projects. Ensure design adherence, quality, and timely completion. Innovate and mentor, staying updated with industry trends, fostering communication, and achieving goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all landscape operations, including planning, execution, maintenance,
and continuous improvements.
2. Coordinate with architects, planners, consultants, surveyors and other
departments to integrate landscape solutions.
3. Prepare of Bill of Quantities, estimates and budgets for development,
maintenance and procurement of goods and services for the landscape projects.
4. Ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
5. Implement effective irrigation, drainage, and soil management strategies to
optimise plant growth.
6. Ensure timely execution of landscape projects while maintaining high-quality
standards.
7. Regularly monitor plant health and implement suitable pest and disease control
measures in consultation with the experts.
8. Supervise and guide the landscaping team, ensuring efficient task allocation and
performance monitoring.
