Role & responsibilities Aparna Realty Projects Pvt Ltd is seeking to hire a senior level in-house Landscape Manager for its prestigious large housing and infrastructure projects. This is a full time role Based at Hyderabad. Qualifications and experience : Master of Science in Horticulture (M.Sc. Horti) or equivalent degree with a minimum of 10 years of landscape experience Ms Office and Auto CAD is neccesary Project Location : In and around Hyderabad city, Telangana state. Role overview: Manage Landscape team, Nursery management, and Implement Landscape projects. Ensure design adherence, quality, and timely completion. Innovate and mentor, staying updated with industry trends, fostering communication, and achieving goals. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee all landscape operations, including planning, execution, maintenance, and continuous improvements. 2. Coordinate with architects, planners, consultants, surveyors and other departments to integrate landscape solutions. 3. Prepare of Bill of Quantities, estimates and budgets for development, maintenance and procurement of goods and services for the landscape projects. 4. Ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services. 5. Implement effective irrigation, drainage, and soil management strategies to optimise plant growth. 6. Ensure timely execution of landscape projects while maintaining high-quality standards. 7. Regularly monitor plant health and implement suitable pest and disease control measures in consultation with the experts. 8. Supervise and guide the landscaping team, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance monitoring.
