As an ET Facilities Manager at KL Deemed to be University, your role will involve managing various electronic and technological facilities across the campus. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing EPABX services, from installation to regular maintenance of the server requirements. - Overseeing the installation, servicing, and maintenance of CCTV cameras, NVRs, HDDs, network switches, and cabling. - Maintaining the central server dedicated to CCTV operations. - Managing the central server for E Bulletin boards and servicing signage displays, LED displays, CCTV monitoring displays, and interactive displays. - Coordinating live streaming arrangements as needed. - Ensuring the maintenance and installation of audio systems, including cabling and speakers. - Servicing hand mics, collar mics, studio mics, and overseeing the maintenance and installation of projectors and Wacom displays. - Maintaining audio cables, connectors, mixers, and CPUs associated with ET Facilities. - Overseeing the maintenance and operation of seminar halls in collaboration with AV operators. - Supervising photographers and videographers to ensure timely provision of recorded data to appropriate divisions based on received instructions.
