Manager - Java Full Stack Developer

As a Manager - Java Full Stack Developer at MCX, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications for surveillance systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining responsive and interactive frontend interfaces using React. - Designing and implementing secure, scalable, and efficient backend services using Java Spring Boot. - Developing RESTful APIs to support seamless frontend-backend communication. - Integrating APIs with third-party services and trading exchange systems. - Designing, implementing, and managing real-time data streaming solutions using Apache Kafka. - Incorporating domain knowledge in surveillance systems and trading workflows to enhance features like fraud detection and risk management. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance for both frontend and backend components. - Implementing secure coding practices to protect sensitive trading data and ensuring compliance with financial industry standards and regulatory guidelines. Qualification Profile: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 8 to 10 years of overall experience in software development, with at least 6 years of experience as a full stack developer. - Proficiency in React for frontend development and Java Spring Boot for backend development. - Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs, working with Apache Kafka, and knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and domain knowledge in trading exchanges, financial markets, and surveillance systems.
