Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts and Integration Developers. Develop team capabilities through training, performance evaluations, and career development. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Project Coordination: Oversee end-to-end project coordination for migration of legacy integration systems. Develop high level planning, estimations, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Integration Strategy & Execution: Define integration strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements. Oversee the development, and deployment of integration solutions. Technical Expertise: Provide guidance and support for integration projects. Ensure best practices and standards are followed in integration processes. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to enhance team efficiency. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with Global IT standards. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for integration projects. Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication between business units and IT teams. Qualifications & Experience: A Qualification in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT integration, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Project management skills with a track record of delivery. Strong understanding of integration technologies and methodologies. Excellent communication and people management skills. Ability to prioritise and solve multiple deliverables concurrently. Familiar with Agile, and DevOps practices. Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards. Understanding of Jira and Confluence as well as Change management technologies.
