Team Lead Document Review

Job Description

Lawyer Manage a team of 15-20 document review/data breach specialists reviewing documents for first level review (tag documents for responsive, not responsive, hot, relevant/ noteworthy), second level review, subjective coding and redfern requests/ performing data mining Work closely with PM/APM providing inputs on keywords to create searches and validations Query handling, preparing query log and discussing with APM/PM Conducting briefing sessions/ sharing daily updates as received from Counsel Perform stratified random sampling/ QC on reviewed/extracted data Responsible for achieving individual reviewer productivity Team management : Providing refresher trainings to reviewer and giving daily performance feedback 2-4 years experience as a document reviewer and QC, assisted team lead in managing projects min of 1-2 years experience of working as Team Lead
