Manager - IT Bid Management

Role Overview: As a Manager - IT Bid Management, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end bid management processes for IT projects, which includes handling RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and Operations to prepare accurate and compelling proposals. It is essential to ensure timely submission of high-quality bids in compliance with client requirements and organizational standards. You will be tasked with developing, reviewing, and refining technical, commercial, and executive summary content for proposals, aligning solution offerings with client needs and business objectives, and highlighting differentiators, value propositions, and competitive advantages in the proposals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end bid management processes for IT projects, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare accurate and compelling proposals. - Ensure timely submission of high-quality bids in compliance with client requirements and organizational standards. - Develop, review, and refine technical, commercial, and executive summary content for proposals. - Align solution offerings with client needs and business objectives. - Ensure proposals highlight differentiators, value propositions, and competitive advantages. Qualifications Required: - Experience in end-to-end bid handling (RFP, RFI, RFQ) for IT services or solutions. - Understanding of IT infrastructure, software, cloud, digital transformation, or managed services. - Ability to create clear, concise, and compelling proposals. - Knowledge of pricing strategies, cost modeling, and commercial terms in IT deals. - Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to design feasible and client-focused solutions. - Awareness of legal, regulatory, and contractual standards in IT bids.
