Role Overview: You will be joining MCX as a Manager in the Investor Services Department based in Mumbai. As part of the team, you will be responsible for handling investor complaints and disputes, providing secretarial assistance on arbitration matters, coordinating investor awareness programs, and ensuring timely closure of cases within specified Turn Around Time (TAT). Key Responsibilities: - Handling investor complaints and disputes efficiently - Receiving complaints and forwarding them to relevant parties - Scrutinizing complaints and following up with parties for submission - Arranging pre-conciliation calls between involved parties - Managing arbitration matters and providing secretarial assistance - Coordinating and conducting investor awareness programs - Tracking IG/arbitration communication and ensuring compliance with various regulations - Coordinating with ODR Institution for conciliation/arbitration hearings and ensuring timely closure of cases within TAT - Preparing MIS reports to track and analyze key metrics Qualification Required: - MBA/CS/CA/PGDM qualification - Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience Please note that at MCX, women employees are given preference to enhance gender diversity.
