Manager - Inventory Control Management

As the Manager - Inventory Control Management at Roambee, your role involves maintaining the desired stock level of Roambee products or items to meet customer service requirements and optimize inventory investment costs. You will be responsible for designing and implementing an inventory tracking system, managing tracking systems, and acting as a liaison to other departments. Reporting to the Director of Operations, India, your key responsibilities include: - Designing and implementing an inventory tracking system to optimize procedures - Examining supply levels to identify shortages - Documenting daily deliveries, shipments, and returns to update inventory - Preparing detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments - Evaluating new inventory readiness for shipment - Performing daily analysis to predict potential inventory issues - Ordering new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus - Analyzing different suppliers for cost-effective deals - Accurately tracking inventory and creating reports - Verifying and maintaining RMA inventory Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Inventory Management, or relevant field - Proven experience as an inventory manager or similar position - Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods - Working knowledge of inventory management software - Critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Excellent writing skills and experience in writing SOPs and related communications - Strong Excel and analytical skills - Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment About Roambee: Roambee is a global enterprise chosen by over 300 companies to enhance product velocity, compress order-to-cash cycles, and forecast demand accurately.
