Position: Manager – Interior Design & Store

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the interior design execution of ARMANAA Interior and modular kitchen setups.

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and branding teams to translate concepts into functional and aesthetic in-store designs.

• Manage end-to-end layout planning, 2D/3D designs, and interior execution of retail outlets.

• Develop detailed working drawings and design documentation for production and implementation.

• Monitor on-site work and ensure timelines, quality, and brand guidelines are met.

• Optimize store layout for customer experience, product in display, and functionality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, KD Max, and 3D Max is a must (hands-on experience required).

• 3–4 years of professional experience in Residential interior design (preferably in modular kitchen or home improvement brands).

• Strong understanding of materials, fixtures, finishes, and modular systems.

• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualities:

• Prior experience working with premium home interior or modular kitchen brands.

• Familiarity with ergonomics and space optimization for compact and urban spaces.

• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
