Manager, Implementation - Talent Product

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing a new team of Talent Implementation Specialists at Rippling to ensure the exponential impact of LTV and adoption. Your role will involve leading the team, driving key KPIs, measuring the effectiveness of Talent implementations, collaborating with various teams, contributing to product development, and organizing beta programs for product launches. Key Responsibilities: - Mentor, hire, and lead a team of product specialists to drive successful implementations - Ensure the team meets key KPIs such as productivity, project completions, adoption thresholds, and CSAT - Continuously measure the effectiveness and quality of Talent implementations and make process improvements - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, CX, and product managers to improve adoption, retention, and LTV - Lead trainings for internal and external resources to increase knowledge of Rippling's Talent products - Contribute to the development of Rippling's Talent Products through collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams - Coordinate with product and engineering teams to fix bugs and launch new features - Act as a connector between engineering, product, and other customer-facing teams - Organize beta programs and support GTM efforts for Talent product launches Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience implementing Talent products - 2+ years of people management experience is strongly preferred - Strong prioritization and time management skills - Self-starter with a bias towards action and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Data and process-centric leader with attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Experience in growing teams with a learning mindset and people-first attitude - Ability to work with cross-functional leaders to drive improvements to product and processes (Note: The additional information regarding office-based work culture has been omitted from the Job Description),
